Lethbridge residents are encouraged to register for e-billing for their utility bills, to help ensure that they receive them on time.
Please submit one form for each separate request. Carefully read all instructions provided on the form and complete all applicable fields. To avoid processing delays, review your form before submitting to ensure there are no errors or omissions. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation message, and a copy of your responses will be sent to the email address provided on the form. Keep a record of this for future reference. A City of Lethbridge employee will contact you using the contact information provided in the form as soon as possible after your form is submitted, usually within 1 business day of receiving your request. The City of Lethbridge may require additional documentation to confirm your identity and authority before records containing personal information are released.
